The USCIS has launched an Online Appointment Request Form, allowing individuals, attorneys, and representatives to request an in-person appointment at their local field office without having to call the USCIS Contact Center.
The form allows applicants and attorneys to request appointments without calling the contact center.
For services like Emergency Advance Parole, ADIT stamps, Immigration Judge Grants and more, requests can be made by individuals and their legal representatives using this online tool. USCIS does not provide a self-scheduling option; so, individuals have the option to make a request of a specific date and time for an in-person appointment, but the submitted forms and the availability of in-person appointments at a specific field office is subject to USCIS Contact Center’s review, and an available in-person appointment date and time will be confirmed and scheduled by the USCIS.
With the online appointment request form, USCIS aims to “enhance the customer experience by collecting required information upfront and potentially scheduling the requested appointment without any further engagement with the USCIS Contact Center.” Depending on the reason for the appointment and its urgency, the Contact Center may contact an individual by phone or email, using the reference number provided at the time the appointment request was submitted.
