WATCH: E-2 Investment Visa – What You Need to Know!

The E-2 non-immigrant ‘treaty’ visa allows a citizen of a treaty country (a country which has a Treaty of Trade and Commerce with the United States) to be admitted to the United States when investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business. Certain employees of such a person or organization may also be eligible for this classification.
