William filed a Motion for Bond, obtaining her release from jail on a $5,000 bond, and worked with her to file her I-589 Application for Asylum, and obtaining a new I-94 Travel Record, and preparing for her asylum interview.
William assisted a man who had overstayed his F-1 student visa 10 years previous. The man filed for asylum on religious reasons, and fear of reprisal. Four years our client fought for his asylum, but was denied at several levels.
