Brian Marek

Brian Marek is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University where he obtained a BA in Philosophy. Joining the Cleveland Immigration Law Office in 2002, he is now employed as the Lead Paralegal. He works on non-immigrant petitions and visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-1, E-2, F-1 and B-1/B-2 extensions. Brian also prepares and files N-400’s, US Passport applications, I-90’s, I-751s, VAWA’s, all steps of the permanent labor certification (PERMS) process, I-140’s, J-1 Waivers and I-130/I-485s of all categories. He is also well versed in consular processing cases including non immigrant and immigrant visa processing at US Embassies and Consulates around the world.
