1st Circuit The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in the District of Maine, the District of Massachusetts, the District of New Hampshire, the District of Puerto Rico, and the District of Rhode Island.(ME, NH, MA, PR, RI)

2nd Circuit The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit is one of the thirteen United States Courts of Appeals.
