A scholarship fund for undocumented children brought to the US by their parents, known as DREAMers, was announced this week by a diverse bipartisan group that included activist Henry Muñoz III, former Washington Post CEO Donald Graham, and former Commerce Secretary under George W. Bush, Carlos Gutierrez. The $25 million fund is financed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Graham family, and other philanthropies.
