EOIR Computer System has been fixed
For over a month, the computer system for the US Immigration Courts had been down. Meaning that it was impossible for our staff and clients to check up on our cases with the Courts. The crash has been attributed to a "catastrophic" hardware failure and according to AILA, the problem has been fixed. However, the month-long crash has only exasperated the already massive backlogs.
