U.S. Embassies and Consulates in Canada Limiting Visa Appointments for Third-Country Nationals During Summer Months

The US Department of State announced that U.S. Embassies in Canada will limit the availability of visa appointments for third-country nationals during June, July, and August.  The summer months are a high demand period and the State Department wants to make sure visa appointments are available for Canadians.  Third-country nationals are advised to schedule appointments at the Embassy or Consulate in their home countries or wait for the non-peak periods of October and November and January through May.
