Richard H. Drucker is a trial attorney with more than 35 years experience, assisting both civil and immigration clients. He makes approximately 1,000 court appearances annually. He has tried cases in almost every Common Pleas and Municipal Court in the Northeast Ohio area and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He has argued in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Ohio Court of Appeals on approximately 30 different occasions. Additionally, Richard has filed Memorandums in Support of Jurisdiction in the Ohio Supreme Court.  His practice is not confined to homicide cases.  He has extensive experience in every type of felony and misdemeanor case, including sex crimes, drug trafficking and possession, theft, fraud, assault, conspiracy and organized crime.

Most of Richard's cases involve complex legal issues. He has represented individuals in several cases that have been ruled as complex litigations in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio including the pending case United States v. Darnell Nash , Case No. 1:13CR467 (fraud conspiracy) and recently concluded the case United States v. Reginald Bryant, 1:12-CR-582 (drug conspiracy).  He has also represented individuals in complicated constitutional cases in appeals courts.  In Lyle v. Koehler, et al.,, 720 F. 2d 426 (6th Cir. 1983), Richard was appointed as lead counsel by the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to represent a Pro Se Petitioner in the denial of a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus in United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan in a complex case involving a multiple homicide.  The decision of the Court reversed the decision of the District Court and ordered a new trial for the Petitioner.  This decision is published and has been cited as legal precedent.

One of the most complex legal issues that Richard has confronted occurred during his employment with the Cleveland Association of Rescue Employees as union counsel.  Richard negotiated two collective bargaining agreements between 1984 and 1989 that were in excess of one hundred pages long and involved substantial complicated employment law issues.  The union represented all of the emergency medical workers employed by the City of Cleveland.

Richard H. Drucker is not intimidated by complex legal issues.  He invests the time and energy necessary to properly research the legal issues at hand, and he has a strong ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions, approaches and conclusions to problems and passionately confronts all complex legal issues as an Immigration Attorney.
