Madhavi Patki

Madhavi Patki engages exclusively in the practice of immigration and nationality law. She has represented corporations, businesses, and individual clients throughout the United States and abroad in many foreign countries.  Madhavi is fluent in Spanish, Marathi, English and is currently learning French.

Ms. Patki serves clients from diverse industries that include information technology, telecommunications, biotech, finance, printing, manufacturing, medical professionals (nurses and doctors), and academic institutions. 

Madhavi Patki received her J.D. from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  At graduation from law school, Madhavi was awarded a pro-bono honors degree, and the prestigious Marianist Green Advocacy Award.  While in law school, she participated in an internship focusing on International Arbitration Law in Vienna, Austria.  During her time in Austria, she published her research on the implications of hearsay evidence in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She also completed the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and interned with Shivers and Shivers, a well reputed immigration law firm in San Antonio. 

Since graduating from law school, Madhavi is proud to have represented hundreds of clients from all walks of life and all parts of the world.  She has focused her professional attention toward advocating for her clients, constantly developing her skill set through continued educational programs, and enhancing her language skills.  

During her free time, Madhavi enjoys being involved in several community organizations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and cooking.
