Latino Impact: Margaret Wong & Associates Celebrates Leadership in “100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know”
Margaret Wong & Associates is proud to be recognized once again in the 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know initiative. This influential program highlights the leadership, talent, and Latino impact in Cleveland and across the United States.
Each year, the list honors Latino, Hispanic, and Latinx professionals who make a real difference in business, law, education, the arts, and public service. More importantly, the initiative promotes inclusion, professional growth, and representation. It connects honorees to mentorship, speaking engagements, board roles, and leadership opportunities across sectors.
Felipe Rodrigues Named to 2025 List
This year, our Legal Assistant Felipe Rodrigues joins the 2025 honorees. His recognition celebrates not only his legal expertise but also his commitment to community engagement and cross-cultural collaboration.
Felipe earned his Law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) in Brazil and practiced as a licensed attorney for over ten years. He also holds a degree in International Business from IFRN. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, supported by a scholarship. Felipe speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, bringing a global perspective to our team.
Last year, Marketing Manager Matheus Areas was honored on the 2024 list. His work continues to strengthen community connections and promote multicultural communication.
Recognizing Latino Contributions in Cleveland and Beyond
Latinos represent over 63 million people in the United States. Their contributions shape the economy, enrich culture, and drive innovation. Programs like 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know remind us how vital Latino impact is to America’s growth. Organizations such as Hispanic Heritage play a key role in promoting leadership and cultural representation nationwide.
We’re honored to collaborate with community leaders and partners such as the Cleveland Foundation, RTA, Cleveland Guardians, PNC Bank, and Gilbane Construction. These organizations play a key role in supporting Latino leadership and representation.
Our Mission: Immigration Is About People
At Margaret Wong & Associates, we believe immigration is about more than law—it’s about people, their stories, and the opportunities they seek. Every day, we see how immigrant communities—especially Latinos—help shape a stronger, more inclusive future.
As we celebrate Felipe’s recognition, we also celebrate a community that continues to lead, inspire, and transform the United States for the better.
