Honoring Margaret W. Wong at Esperanza’s 2025 “Fiesta of Hope” Tropigala

As much as we were enjoying the Waterloo Arts Fest, we packed up a little early to make it to Hotel Cleveland for a very special occasion: Esperanza, Inc.’s “Fiesta of Hope 2025 Tropigala”, where Ms. Margaret W. Wong received the prestigious 2025 Humanitarian Award.

The event was described on Esperanza’s website as:

“A night where culture and celebration come alive through tropical flair, dynamic performances, and the voices of leaders shaping our community!”
