Congratulations to our colleague Grecia Robles, as she achieves twelve years with Margaret W. Wong & Associates LLC.
Grecia joined the law firm from a totally different industry, and was given the task of assisting the attorneys in helping Hispanic clientele understand their immigration applications through providing translations for the attorney, and helping the attorney collect all the necessary documentation for each case.
Not everyone who joins the law firm with no legal experience achieves the following that Grecia enjoys. For example, just in 2024, Grecia has been lauded by clients in sixty-nine five-star Google reviews – eight in just the past ten days. Grecia’s exceptional organization skills help her manage her workload and delegate tasks to a team of assistants who, under her direction, similarly gather and file applications for the attorneys.

Over the past twelve years, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of immigrants secure legal status in this country, which has been both professionally and personally fulfilling. As a foreign-born myself, I understand the challenges that immigrants face every day.”
The department I work in primarily focuses on asylum cases. I am responsible for reaching out to clients to gather the necessary information for their applications. Listening to their life stories and their fears about returning to their home countries has touched my heart on numerous occasions. These experiences have taught me to be a more compassionate person and to appreciate the life I have, as well as my job.”
When new colleagues join our team, I assist with their training by providing them with foundational knowledge about asylum, work permits, FOIA requests, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), I-130, I-485 forms, NVC cases, and litigation cases.”
