Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Cleveland 2021

On Friday evening, January 28th, we participated in the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Cleveland, hosted virtually by the Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development (NEOHCED). This inspiring event honored outstanding business leaders and showcased the strength of the Hispanic entrepreneurial community.

As one of the Business Marketing Support Partners, [nap_names id=”FIRM-NAME-1″] was proud to support this celebration of innovation and resilience. The evening was emceed by Ms. Jenice Contreras, Executive Director of NEOHCED, who introduced the honorees and highlighted their remarkable contributions.

Honoring Leaders and Legacy

The awards recognized exceptional individuals and businesses:

• Groundbreaking Business Award: Mr. Harry Quinonez of 787 Market
• Pillar in the Community Award: Mr. Esbeey Madera of Madera Builders, Inc., who immigrated from Guatemala as a child
• Legacy Award: Presented to the family of Ms. Adilen Rodriguez, founder of Pink Boutique, who recently passed away

These honorees exemplify dedication, creativity, and community impact.

CentroVilla25 and Business Pitch Competition

A major highlight was the launch of the CentroVilla25 Capital Campaign, a $9.7 million project aimed at creating jobs and fostering economic development in Cleveland’s Hispanic community. Near the end of the program, we met the top finalists of the ADELANTE Business Pitch Competition:

• Ms. Juliana Berrios of Captive Mode LLC (3rd Place)
• Dr. Raquel Ortiz of Bombazzo De Colores LLC (2nd Place)
• Ms. Marcia V. Moreno of Ammore Consulting LLC (1st Place)

The evening concluded with a lively performance by Ms. Jackie Warren and The Latin Jazz Quartet, adding a festive note to an inspiring event.
