The founder and leader of our Chinese Group, Ms. Lily Ying joined Margaret Wong & Associates in 1991. She initiated our contacts with Chinese communities in the United States and has maintained those relationships over the years, ensuring that the immigration needs of our Asian clients are met. Alex Strmac joined our firm in November 2005. He is one of our Administrative Assistants and he mostly answers the telephones, assists clients with their questions, schedules appointments over the telephone and meets clients when they come in for an appointment. Fabiola Cini, a Law School graduate from Albania, joined our firm in 2005. She works closely with our deportation attorneys preparing different applications such as asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, petition for alien relative, removal of conditions, working authorization, among others. Joyce Graham has practiced public accounting in the Cleveland, OH area for 30 years, specializing in professional and high net worth individuals. Joyce has been the CPA for Margaret W. Wong & Associates, Co, LPA since inception. She has watched and aided the firm in its growth and expansion and maintained a deep relationship with Mrs. Wong and her entire family. Mr. Andrew Bramante is a Law Clerk at Margaret Wong and Associates Co, LPA. He has been with the firm since May 2010. He assists with removal defense, political asylum, motions to reopen, federal litigation, and assistance in business and family based visas. Mr. Bramante received his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1981, graduating summa cum laude with a double major in Math and English. He joined the IBM Corporation as a marketing representative, responsible for the company's legal, education, and government clients in New Hampshire. In 1986. Mr. Bramante moved into IBM's finance management group, reorganized the IBM Tucson Site's finance and controls organization, and led the team that developed the IBM General Products Division's first comprehensive business model in 1988. In 1990, Mr. Bramante took a two-year leave of absence to teach as a volunteer on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. At the end of that time, the Jesuits of the Wisconsin Province hired him to restructure and improve their ten-state fund-raising operations. In 1996, the Jesuits sent him to Cleveland, Ohio to reorganize the administration at St. Ignatius High School and develop and implement a new campus master plan. In 2003, Mr. Bramante began a short career teaching mathematics, earning his M.A in Mathematics from John Carroll University in 2005 with a 4.0 GPA and writing his Master's Essay on the development of Non-Euclidean Geometry. In 2008, Mr. Bramante left St. Ignatius High School to attend Case Western Reserve University Law School. He graduated in 2011 summa cum laude. Mr. Bramante was a Senior Editor of the Case Western Reserve University Law Review which published his article Ending Indefinite Detention of Non-Citizens in its Spring 2011 issue. Mr. Bramante sat for the Ohio State Bar Examination in July 2011. Mr. Bramante participates frequently in pro bono immigration law clinics. Mr. Bramante recently celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary to his high school sweetheart Sharon Ramsey Bramante. The couple has six children ages 15 to 28.
