On Friday October 14, 2011, Scott Bratton discussed the 2010 Supreme Court decision in Padilla v. Kentucky as part of a continuing legal education program at the Federal Court in Cleveland. The three Immigration Judges in Cleveland also spoke at the program. The program provided an excellent opportunity for the attendees to interact with the Immigration Judges. It was sponsored by the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and the C. Lyonel Jones Immigration Committee.
