Albion Manellari works closely with our deportation attorneys preparing different applications such as asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, petition for alien relative, removal of conditions, working authorization, among others. He helps the attorneys follow up Court cases. He has a Post Degree Certificate from Cuyahoga Community College, Major Paralegal Studies - ABA-Approved Program (2011). He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Albanian Legal Studies, Jurist, University of Tirana, Law School, Albania (2002). He is fluent in English, Albanian and Italian. Albion started working at the Firm in May 2011 after interning here from January-May 2011.
Sandra Campos graduated in Accounting and Finance from Bolivia. She joined the firm in May 2011. She works as a legal assistant where she: prepares asylum applications, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, petition for alien relative, removal of conditions, work authorization. She also helps the attorneys with translations in Spanish. Sandra is fluent in English and Spanish.
Sara Elaqad is a student at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, with a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy and a B.A. in French. Sara has been a law clerk in the firm since May 2011 and will join the team of attorneys after bar passage. Sara performs legal research, prepares memoranda, prepares all kinds of immigration petitions, drafts briefs, motions to reopen, motions to suppress, and motions to terminate, and is the head of our deferred action for DREAM Act candidates division.
