She also helps the attorneys with translations in Spanish. Sandra is fluent in English and Spanish. Sara Elaqad is a student at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University, with a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy and a B.A. in French. Sara has been a law clerk in the firm since May 2011 and will join the team of attorneys after bar passage. Sara performs legal research, prepares memoranda, prepares all kinds of immigration petitions, drafts briefs, motions to reopen, motions to suppress, and motions to terminate, and is the head of our deferred action for DREAM Act candidates division. |
