E-2

Our office filed an E-2 for a Korean investor and his family on July 6, 2006.  Our office received approval for the E-2 and the approval for the family members on December 26, 2006.  Our client was very pleased of the outcome.

On October 8, 2007, our office filed an E-2 Extension Petition/Application for a South Korean National and his wife with the U.S.CIS. On October 18, 2007, just 10 days from the date this case was received for processing, an E-2 Approval Notice was issued.

An alien, born in India, but now a Canadian citizen retained us to work on his E-2 visa extension. He is a non immigrant investor who owns a convenience store in Northeastern Ohio. We filed the E-2's for him and his dependent family members on August 7, 2009. USCIS approved the applications on September 22, 2009 for an additional 2 year period. The family was grateful for our hard work and excellent customer service.
